SHIPPING POLICY
At Branded & Devoted Designs, we take pride in carefully producing and shipping your custom apparel.
Processing Time:
All custom orders are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or for bulk orders, production time may be slightly longer.
Delivery Within an Hour (Local Orders):
We’re excited to offer local delivery for qualifying orders! This service is available to customers located within our designated delivery radius. Orders must be placed during business hours and confirmed as eligible for delivery.

Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout or quoted upon request.

Availability: Limited to in-stock or pre-made items; custom items may not qualify.

How It Works: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation call or message verifying eligibility and estimated arrival time.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying promotions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.
RETURN &
EXCHANGE POLICY
Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size issues, color preference, or design changes once production has begun.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect size, design, or a defective product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and arrange a replacement or store credit if appropriate.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
